Due to high demands for a variety of round molds, we've come up with a solution :) SETS!
We've designed 3 sets of high quality round HDPE molds that can be interchanged with one another.
These round table and art molds include a 1/2" base as well as framework to keep a rigid side, and a replaceable insert pieces to ensure a perfectly round pour EVERY TIME! The best part? No lines from tape, the framework comes apart and is put back together easily, ensuring a quick and easy set up, and an even easier demold! All measurements listed below are INSIDE DIAMETERS.
Set 1 - For the Table Maker: A 34" Base that can be used to cast either a 34" round, a 30" round insert and a 26" round insert
Set 2 - For the maker of Smaller Art projects: A 21.5" base that can be used to cast either a 21.5" with base, 17" insert, 13.25" insert or 9.5" insert
Or for the Ultimate Maker...
Set 3 - A 34" base that includes all 7 sizes!!! A 34" mold with base and 6 smaller inserts.
Set 4 - 30" round mold with base with 26" insert and 17" insert
Set 5 - 22" round mold with base with 16" insert, 12" insert and 9.5" insert
Are you sick of tuck tape and flimsy molds that fall apart after a use or two? Frustrated by the amount of time it takes to build a mold? Intimidated just in getting started building a mold?
We've figured out a solution! In fact, one of our molds we've actually used for more than 300 pours and still going strong!
Want to do a deep pour? No issues! Our mold walls are 2.25" high on the inside of the mold, so you're able to to pour a super thick project! Because the mold walls are fully removable, you're able to easily demold your project without the worry of breaking your mold, or your newly cast work of art.
A small amount of silicone should be applied to the seam and let dry before each project to ensure a proper seal, but using our molds you will use much, much less than you may be used to.
You'll never need another ROUND mold!

Care Instructions
Use Rubbing alcohol to clean your mold.
Do not over tighten the bolts when assembling the mold.
Clear front plate we recommend that you use wax paste for easy release.
No mold release needed on the white HDPE.
Use 100% silicone to seal your mold. smooth silicone and let dry before pouring epoxy.
